Karen Dyson joined me back in September 2013 when Resourcing4HR was two years old. She was my first recruit into the business and I can hand on heart say she has been my right-hand wingman since. An absolute superstar at what she does, not only in delivering exceptional service to all our HR candidates and clients but also in supporting me in running the business. To have the privilege of working with someone for 10 YEARS is an honor in itself and I look forward to seeing the development of the business in the next 10 years, with Karen at my side! Ginny Rennie joined me back in 2018 when we decided to branch away from just supporting HR recruitment and build a new brand in the Marketing recruitment arena – Resourcing4Marketing. Ginny has set up and grown the business to where it is today – a loyal client base and a strong name in its field within the home counties. Her resilience and determination to ensure all her clients receive the optimum service is second to none and she never gives up!! So proud of what you have achieved Ginny and I can only say how much I look forward to seeing Resourcing4Marketing grow over the next five years!
It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t celebrate these amazing milestones, so off the team went to “Gong” in the Shangri La Hotel for cocktails, followed by a champagne dinner with spectacular views across London, from the Aquashard restaurant.
