Resourcing4Marketing Privacy Policy

Resourcing4Marketing is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and candidates. This policy explains how we collect personal data and information, what we do with it and the control you have over it.

The Information We Collect

Resourcing4Marketing may collect a range of information and data about you. This includes but is not limited to:

Your name, email address, postal address and telephone numbers.

How Your Data Is Collected

Personal data may be collected at various stages of the recruitment process and is obtained via registering on our website, submitting your CV or passport. It may also be collected via contact with one of our Business Directors or via connections on social media such as LinkedIn.

Resourcing4Marketing may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references supplied by former employers, information from employment background check providers and information from criminal records checks. We seek information from third parties only once a job offer to you has been made and will inform you that it is doing so.

How Your Data is Used

Resourcing4Marketing has a legitimate interest in processing personal data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing data from job applicants allows us to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate's suitability for a vacancy. The processing of such data also allows us to maintain effective business relationships with clients and candidates.

Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

Who Has Access to The Data

Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment. It may be shared externally with the client and this includes interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with the vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Resourcing4Marketing uses third party suppliers to provide services critical to the running of the business. These include our CRM System Provider, Accountants, Payroll and IT Service provider. Your information will be shared with these providers where necessary to provide our recruitment services.

Resourcing4Marketing may need to share your data with external third parties if your application for employment is successful. The organisation will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, employment background check providers to obtain necessary background checks and may include the Disclosure and Barring Service to obtain necessary criminal records checks.
